Tony at Badger Automotive was a huge help and really friendly. It was my first time buying a car so after much time on the internet I had a lot of questions. Tony was patient and not pushy. I saw the car a bought from Badgers Automotive Ltd advertised on Auto Trader, I just turned up at the garage without ringing beforehand. As a Lady, going to Car Garages can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you have little knowledge about cars. I was greeted by Tony, who was very approachable, kind and genuinely friendly in a very professional way. Tony was not pushy or over trying to sell the car. He even recommended to take time to think, without even asking for my mobile number and politely gave me his business card, if I wished to contact him about the car. Many other garages, the Car salesmen were over pitching, did not give me space and were hounding me with phone calls to buy their car. I did go back to Badgers Automotive Ltd and Tony offered a very fair price, he was very organised with the service history of the car, and the administrative side of buying a car. He helped me with completing the Road tax online and explained all features of the car and made sure I had enough petrol. Tony has impeccable customer service skills, and many others could learn from him. I would highly recommend Badgers Automotive Ltd to others and especially women who feel a bit intimidated going to car garages alone. Thank you very much again Tony!!

He was patient and gave us time to view the car without pressuring us to purchase it. He advised us even to look at other similar cars at other garages before deciding to purchase his car. We brought a Mercedes a class from Badger Automotive and dealt with both Brian and Tony. They were both very helpful and accommodating in purchasing the car. Bryan was amazing, couldn't of asked for a better service.Slight issue with tyre pressure on car we purchased which we were informed of which will be covered under warranty but Bryan assured us if it wasn't they would cover the cost :)

Brilliant service, honest & trustworthy dealers. I waited to write this review until after a few months of ownership in case I had any issues with the car. I did have a couple of issues after purchasing (nothing that I feel Brian or Tony would have known about) and the aftercare I received was brilliant; responsive, resolving issues & transparent. They went above & beyond and I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.

We recently bought an Audi A4 Avant from Badger Automotive. From our first contact to driving away was a breeze. Both Bryan and Tony were very helpful, informative and friendly, no hard sell or hassle here. We asked them to remove an unwanted toe bar from the car which involved removal and replacement of the bumper, no five minute job. They gave us a fair quote and had it done quickly. They also sorted out the tax and other paperwork. We would be very happy to buy from Bryan and Tony again.

Couldn’t recommend enough. Bryan went above and beyond, I had to travel over 200 miles with a part ex, not only did he put faith and trust in me to be honest about the car I was coming in to sell, without having seen it in person, he also opened up on a Sunday just for me to come and see the car I wanted! Unfortunately for me during my drive, my car (part ex) developed a fault but he very fairly still came to an agreement with me. The new car (2017 Astra) was well presented, drove me over 200 miles home without fault, car has clearly been looked after, trusted dealer with many good reviews and all well deserved. I will be recommending them to anyone in the market for a car. If you’re thinking about buying a new car, go here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Bryan for going out of your way to open for me on a Sunday and most importantly being a man of your word, which sadly is a rare thing in the used car dealer market. See you in a few years when it’s time to replace this one!
